Treeningul kasutatakse kummilinte ning enda keharaskust.<\/p>\n<p>Kestvus: 1 tund<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"service\">\n<h3 class=\"h1\">R\u00dcHMATREENING<\/h3>\n<p>R\u00fchmatreeningus saab osaleda kuni 10 inimest, treeningud toimuvad ka v\u00e4rskes \u00f5hus, hea vaheldus j\u00f5usaalile.<\/p>\n<p>Kestvus: 1 tund<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"service\">\n<h3 class=\"h1\">TREENINGKAVA<\/h3>\n<p>Treeningkava on \u00fclimalt t\u00e4htis igale treenivale inimesele, kava aitab Teil j\u00e4lgida tulemusi ning viib Teid edasi Teie eesm\u00e4rgi suunas. Kehakoostise m\u00f5\u00f5tmisel m\u00f5\u00f5dame Teie rasva protsenti, lihaste protsenti (vastavalt keha poolele), KMI\u2019d, veesisaldust ja muid olulisi n\u00e4itajaid.
